My Connection has stopped working and I think the router may have reset to factory default settings, What do I do?

Occasionally a modem/router will reset to factory default settings. This often happens as a result of a local power fluctuation but can be caused by a variety of other events. If you use a wireless home network your devices will not be able to find your normal network SSID but instead you can see a network called B683-???? HUAWEI-B593-???? HUAWEI-B315-???? or HUAWEI-B525-???? in your area. If this happens your modem/router may need to be reconfigured before you can connect again.
